To order online, from the home screen on the help desk portal (support.benchmarkyouroffice.com), select “New Support Ticket” and enter your device information, your contact information and your supply request. Some devices have a "Benchmark Support" app installed and supply requests can be submitted directly from your equipment. To ensure you receive your order in a timely manner please submit your meters if your device is not monitored, otherwise it may delay your order.
